The rooms at Sunshine Park Homes are absolutely fantastic! They are beautifully decorated and have a cozy feeling that makes you instantly feel at home. I loved the air conditioning, especially on those hot Goan nights. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels was a great bonus too. The kitchenware in the studio allowed us to prepare our own meals, and the view from the balcony was just stunning. the rooms were elegantly furnished and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the tile/marble flooring in the studio. It looked nice, but it was a little cold on bare feet.

The room itself was in perfect condition and had everything I needed, including a fridge, AC, sink, and a small kitchen counter. And the best part? Hot water was always available! The yard was always kept tidy and beautiful, with someone always cleaning and sweeping. The owners were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. And for the price, I truly believe you won't find a better place to stay in the area.

The cozy rooms and nice sitting area outside the room were perfect for relaxation. The location was ideal, slightly away from the busy road but still within walking distance to the beach and downtown. The regular cleaning of the room and the fact that the bedding was changed every few days made the stay comfortable.

there were cockroaches on the drainage that were not removed even after cleaning. The fridge also leaked a lot of water when the electricity went off, which was inconvenient.

We had a blast exploring Colva beach, which was just a short walk away. The beach parties were off the hook, with great music and vibes. And let me tell you, the nightlife in Colva was epic! We hit up some awesome clubs and danced until the early hours. It was the ultimate party destination for us young, fun-loving folks!

The only thing we wished for was a pool at Sunshine Park Homes. It would have been awesome to have a place to cool off and hang out during the day.

The room was wicked clean and spacious, with a rad balcony and chill seating area. Plus, there were washroom facilities at the beach for a small fee, so we didn't have to worry about running back to the hotel. We even saw Swiggy doing deliveries in the neighborhood, so getting snacks was a breeze!

The only thing we wished for was a sick party vibe at the hotel. It would've been totally lit if they had a cool hangout spot or organized events for young party-goers like us.

The location was smack in the middle of the party scene, with awesome clubs and bars nearby. We hit up Colva Beach during the day, where we had a blast playing beach volleyball and chilling by the waves. The rooms were decent and the staff was pretty cool too!
